KW V4 Clubsport Coilover Suspension incl. Top Mounts for Mustang 2015–2017

The KW V4 Clubsport coilover suspension 39730265 is the dedicated track-oriented suspension solution for the 2015–2017 Mustang 6. With separately adjustable rebound damping plus independent low- and high-speed compression adjustment, it provides extensive possibilities for tuning the suspension to the vehicle setup, tyres, track conditions and individual driving style.

The V4 Clubsport combines motorsport-derived technology with a German parts approval (Teilegutachten, §19.3), making it particularly suitable for Mustangs that are driven on the road as well as regularly used for track days.

3-way adjustable damping

The KW V4 Clubsport uses KW 2-valve damper technology and allows three damping characteristics to be adjusted independently:

• Rebound: 16 clicks
• Low-speed compression: 6 clicks
• High-speed compression: 14 clicks

This provides considerably greater flexibility when adapting the suspension to different requirements. Vehicle weight, tyres, track characteristics and other vehicle modifications can all be taken into account when developing an individual setup.

Low-speed compression adjustment primarily influences the suspension response during relatively slow damper movements, such as those caused by load transfer, braking, acceleration and body movement. High-speed compression adjustment provides additional control over rapid damper movements, such as those encountered over bumps or kerbs.

Developed for track days

The KW V4 Clubsport is part of the KW Track Performance range and is designed for vehicles that are regularly driven on circuit. KW's base setup can be further adapted through the extensive adjustment options to suit tyres, vehicle weight, driving style and individual track conditions.

This suspension is therefore aimed particularly at ambitious drivers who want to optimise their Mustang not only through ride height but also through detailed damper tuning.

Front top mounts included

This version includes KW top mounts for the front axle as part of the suspension system. The motorsport-oriented top mounts provide more precise wheel control and complement the performance-focused Clubsport concept.

Continuous ride-height adjustment

Ride height can be individually adjusted within the approved adjustment range:

• Front axle: approx. 35–55 mm
• Rear axle: approx. 30–50 mm

The front axle uses threaded coilover struts. At the rear, the system consists of separate springs with height adjusters and matching dampers.

KW inox-line stainless-steel technology

The KW V4 Clubsport uses KW's proven inox-line stainless-steel technology. High-quality components and robust construction are designed to meet the increased demands of performance road and circuit use.
