The Barracuda Karizzma is a distinctive 20-inch wheel with a sporty design. In this combination selected by Schropp, it is suitable for Ford Mustang 5, Mustang 6 and Mustang 7. We have been fitting the Karizzma to Mustangs in exactly this combination for years: 9x20 ET40 on the front axle and 10.5x20 ET40 on the rear axle. This gives the Mustang a noticeably more substantial wheel and tyre appearance with a wider rear setup, using a combination that is well proven on our Mustang builds. Barracuda Racing Lug Nuts M14x1.5 – Set of 20, 74 mm
The Barracuda Racing Lug Nuts combine distinctive racing-inspired styling with a high-quality two-piece construction. The set contains 20 M14x1.5 conical-seat lug nuts and is suitable for Mustang 6 and Mustang 7 models when used with compatible alloy wheels. The 74 mm Racing Lug Nuts are available in a range of colours, allowing the appearance to be matched individually to the wheels and vehicle. Aluminium styling combined with high-strength steel The visible heads are manufactured from high-quality anodised aluminium, while the load-bearing components are made from high-strength grade 10.9 steel. This construction combines the characteristic Barracuda Racing appearance with a robust technical basis for road use. Suitable for many alloy wheels Barracuda Racing Lug Nuts can be used with many compatible alloy wheels regardless of wheel manufacturer, provided that the wheel has the correct conical seat and sufficient clearance. A minimum wheel bolt hole diameter of 25 mm is required. When installed, the Racing Lug Nuts must not protrude beyond the outer edge of the wheel. Compatibility therefore always depends on the individual wheel design, seat and available clearance. Special adapter and additional theft protection The lug nuts are installed and removed using the special Barracuda wheel adapter. The dedicated tool design also provides additional protection against simply removing the wheels with conventional tools. Barracuda Ultralight Project 2 20” Wheel Set for Mustang 5, 6 & 7
The Barracuda Ultralight Project 2 combines a sporty multi-spoke design with a low wheel weight. In our Mustang setup, it is fitted in 9x20 ET40 on the front axle and 10.5x20 ET40 on the rear axle and is suitable for Ford Mustang 5, Mustang 6 and Mustang 7. We offer the Project 2 in two finishes: Silver Brushed and Gunmetal. The desired finish can be selected when ordering. The 9x20 front and 10.5x20 rear setup is a combination selected and proven by us for the Mustang. 5 mm wheel spacers are part of this setup on the front axle and are already included with the wheel set. The Barracuda Ultralight Project 3.0 is anything but an ordinary black wheel. Its gloss black finish is combined with machined spoke contours in striking Flash colours. Especially in direct sunlight, the coloured details create an eye-catching effect that emphasises the wheel design. BMR 2-Point Chassis Brace CB007 for Mustang 2015–2023 – Black Hammertone
The BMR CB007 2-Point Chassis Brace reinforces the front K-member of the 2015–2023 Ford Mustang and reduces deflection under high longitudinal and lateral loads. The result is a more direct connection between the suspension and chassis, providing more precise steering feel and improved stability. The brace connects the rear sections of the front K-member, reinforcing an area that is subjected to particularly high loads during hard braking and cornering. Schropp experience – track proven in our SF600R We used this BMR Chassis Brace for many years on our Schropp SF600R, both on the road and on the race track. Particularly on a high-performance Mustang, reinforcing the front chassis structure provides a useful addition to the suspension setup. We especially recommend combining it with our Schropp strut tower brace. While the strut tower brace connects the upper section of the front chassis structure, the BMR Chassis Brace reinforces the K-member from underneath. Together, they provide effective chassis reinforcement and make the Mustang feel more direct and precise in response to steering inputs. Heavy-duty steel construction The CB007 is manufactured from heavy-duty 1 × 1.5-inch rectangular tubing and CNC-formed, laser-cut 3/16-inch steel plate. The construction is specifically designed to provide additional support for the factory Mustang K-member. The Black Hammertone finish is a dark grey to black textured powder coating that provides durable protection for the steel construction. 100% bolt-on installation The Chassis Brace installs using existing mounting points. No drilling or welding is required. The required installation hardware is included. BMR specifies an installation time of less than one hour. BMR Driveshaft Safety Loop DSL017 for Mustang 2011–2026 – Black Hammertone
The BMR DSL017 Driveshaft Safety Loop is a heavy-duty safety restraint for the Ford Mustang driveshaft. Installed around the front section of the driveshaft, it is designed to help contain the driveshaft in this area underneath the vehicle in the event of a failure. The Safety Loop does not alter the operation of the driveshaft and is not a suspension or performance modification. Its purpose is to provide an additional level of protection in the event that a driveshaft or its connection fails under high load. What does a Driveshaft Safety Loop do? At high vehicle speeds, the driveshaft rotates at correspondingly high speed. In the unlikely event that it becomes disconnected or fails while driving, an uncontrolled driveshaft underneath the vehicle can potentially cause significant secondary damage. The BMR Safety Loop surrounds the front section of the driveshaft. In the event of a failure, it is designed to help contain the driveshaft in this area underneath the vehicle and thereby reduce the risk of additional damage. Additional protection at high speeds For a Mustang that is regularly driven at high speeds, a Driveshaft Safety Loop can provide a useful additional mechanical safeguard. On 2015 and later Mustang models, the factory driveshafts are already designed for the higher vehicle speeds these models can achieve. The Safety Loop is therefore not a prerequisite for higher-speed driving on these vehicles, but it can be installed as an additional mechanical safety measure. Particularly relevant for 2011–2014 Mustangs On 2011–2014 Mustang models, this becomes particularly relevant when the factory speed limiter is removed. Especially on V6 models, it should be taken into account that the factory driveshaft was not designed for unrestricted increases in vehicle speed. A Safety Loop does not make an unsuitable driveshaft safe for higher speeds and does not replace any necessary driveshaft upgrade. It does, however, provide an additional safeguard for the worst-case scenario if the driveshaft or one of its connections should fail. Heavy-duty bolt-on construction The DSL017 is manufactured from 0.25-inch laser-cut steel plate and attaches to the factory transmission crossmember. Its fully bolt-on design requires no welding. High-strength Grade 8 mounting hardware is included. BMR specifies an installation time of approximately one hour. Eibach Anti-Roll Kit Sway Bars for Mustang 6 + Mustang 7
For us, the Eibach Anti-Roll Kit is one of the most effective suspension upgrades available for the Mustang. The uprated anti-roll bars reduce body roll and give the car a more precise and controlled feel, particularly through fast corners and quick changes of direction – without having to replace the complete suspension. This is not a product we only know from a catalogue. At Schropp, we have installed these Eibach anti-roll bars on numerous Mustangs and use them on our own cars as well. They can be found on our SF600R, our Mustang Gen 7 and even on the OVR Racing Mustang built for the Nürburgring 24-hour race. From road cars to serious track use, this wide range of applications is one of the reasons why we rate this setup so highly. Less body roll, more precise handling During fast cornering, wheel load is transferred between the inside and outside of the car. The stiffer Eibach anti-roll bars counteract the resulting body roll, helping the Mustang feel more stable during changes of direction and respond more precisely to steering inputs. The kit consists of a 35 mm tubular front anti-roll bar and a 24.5 mm tubular rear anti-roll bar. Both bars are 3-way adjustable, allowing their effect to be matched to the vehicle setup, tyres and individual driving style. 3-way adjustable The different mounting positions allow the effective stiffness of the anti-roll bars to be changed. This also makes it possible to influence the handling balance between the front and rear axle. Depending on the chosen settings, the car can be tuned towards a more neutral balance or its tendency towards understeer or oversteer can be altered. For a good starting point, we recommend a balanced base setting. Any further adjustment should always take the complete vehicle setup, tyres and intended use into account. Ford Performance Oil-Free Replacement Air Filter for Mustang Shelby GT500 2010–2014 & GT350 2015–2020
The Ford Performance replacement air filter M-9601-G is a washable and reusable high-flow air filter for selected Ford Performance applications. Mustang fitment includes the 2010–2014 Shelby GT500 with 5.4 and 5.8 Supercharged engines as well as the 2015–2020 Shelby GT350. The blue filter is manufactured by AIRAID for Ford Performance and uses a multi-layer cotton gauze filter construction. It is designed to provide high airflow while maintaining effective filtration. Washable, reusable and oil-free A key feature of the M-9601-G is its oil-free filter technology. There is no need to re-oil the filter after cleaning, making routine maintenance particularly straightforward. To service the filter, wash the filter element using a mild household detergent, rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling it. Replacement air filter The Ford Performance air filter replaces the corresponding filter element in compatible applications. Ford Racing High-Flow Water Pump for Mustang 5.0 / 5.2
The Ford Racing M-8501-M52A High-Flow Water Pump is a useful upgrade for performance-driven Mustangs equipped with the 5.0L Coyote or 5.2L engine. Compared with the standard water pump, it provides up to 30% increased coolant flow, helping the cooling system cope with increased thermal loads. Reliable engine cooling becomes particularly important during prolonged high-load driving on the race track or spirited mountain-pass driving. This makes the upgraded water pump a worthwhile addition not only for modified Mustangs, but also for cars that regularly see demanding performance use. Race-track tested by Schropp We use this water pump ourselves in our 2003 Mustang track car with a Gen 2 Coyote swap. The improved cooling has proven itself during our own race-track use, including sessions at the Hockenheimring. For further optimisation of the cooling system, we recommend combining the pump with the Reische Performance Thermostat, part no. SW10433. Ford Racing performance version The M-8501-M52A uses OEM components selected by Ford Racing with tight allowable manufacturing tolerances. The kit includes the water pump, matching 3-bolt water pump pulley and the water-pump-to-block mounting bolts. The water pump hub is positioned at the same height as the standard 5.0L Coyote and naturally aspirated 5.2L applications. Also suitable for Mustang 7 Ford Racing officially lists the M-8501-M52A for 2011–2021 5.0L Coyote and 2015–2020 5.2L engines. However, the standard Ford BR3Z-8501-S water pump and corresponding BR3Z-8509-HA 3-bolt pulley continue to be used on the Mustang 7 with the Gen 4 5.0L Coyote. The basic factory water-pump configuration has therefore been carried over to the S650 generation. Note: Application to later 5.0L models, including Mustang 7, is based on the continued use of the corresponding factory water-pump and pulley configuration. Ford Racing's official application list for the M-8501-M52A has not yet been extended accordingly.
