The Motorcraft air filter AR3Z-9601-A is the original replacement air filter for the 2010–2014 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500. It directly replaces the factory air filter inside the original airbox and is ideal for routine maintenance and replacement of the existing filter. As an original replacement part, the filter is designed for the factory Shelby GT500 intake system. No modifications to the airbox or engine calibration are required. Shell Helix Ultra Professional AM-L 5W-30 has been our clear engine oil recommendation for high-performance Ford Mustang engines for years – and it is an oil we trust in our own vehicles and engine builds. We use this engine oil in the Schropp SF600R as well as in the OVR Racing Mustang in 24-hour/VLN racing. Our recommendation is therefore based not only on technical specifications, but also on years of experience under demanding conditions. Required for our SF700 supercharger builds For our Schropp SF700 supercharger builds, we go one step further: Shell Helix Ultra Professional AM-L 5W-30 is our specified engine oil. For an SF700 built by Schropp, this is the engine oil we require to be used. With high-performance and supercharged engines, engine oil is not an area where we experiment. This is why we also strongly recommend this oil for standard and modified Mustang engines.
