KW V3 Coilover Suspension for Mustang 2015–2017

The KW V3 coilover suspension 35230065 combines individually adjustable ride height with extensive damper adjustment. Rebound and compression damping can be adjusted independently, allowing the suspension to be fine-tuned to the vehicle, tyres, driving style and intended use.

The V3 is particularly suitable for Mustang drivers looking for a sporty and individually adjustable road suspension while retaining a balanced level of everyday usability.

Independent rebound and compression adjustment

Rebound damping can be adjusted through 16 clicks, allowing the driver to influence body movement, stability and suspension response.

Independently of the rebound setting, the KW V3 features 12-click adjustable low-speed compression damping. This provides additional setup flexibility for different tyre characteristics and modified vehicle configurations.

The independent rebound and compression adjustment provides considerably greater setup flexibility than a suspension system with fixed damping characteristics.

Sporty and balanced base setup

The KW V3 is supplied with a vehicle-specific base setup developed by KW. The additional adjustment options are therefore not required simply to operate the suspension, but allow the driver to fine-tune it to personal preferences and other modifications to the vehicle.

This makes the V3 suitable for both performance-oriented road Mustangs and vehicles with additional performance modifications where individual suspension tuning is desired.

Continuous ride-height adjustment

The KW V3 allows individual lowering within its approved adjustment range:

• Front axle: approx. 30–50 mm
• Rear axle: approx. 20–40 mm

At the front, ride height is adjusted through the threaded struts. At the rear, separate springs with height adjusters and matching dampers are used.

KW inox-line

The suspension uses KW's proven inox-line stainless-steel technology. The stainless-steel housings, KW trapezoidal threads and polyamide adjustment collars are designed to provide reliable height adjustment and high corrosion resistance over long-term use.
