The JLT 4.5" x 9" replacement air filter is a washable and reusable air filter for selected JLT Cold Air Intake systems.
The red oiled cotton filter measures 4.5" x 9" and is suitable as a replacement for an existing filter element, for example if it is damaged or needs to be replaced as part of regular maintenance.
Replacement filter for JLT Cold Air Intake systems
The replacement filter is designed for selected JLT Cold Air Intake systems used on various Mustang models. Applications include:
- 2005–2010 Mustang GT 4.6 V8
- 2011–2014 Mustang Cobra Jet 5.4 V8
- 2011–2014 Mustang GT 5.0 V8
Important: This filter is a replacement filter for compatible JLT Cold Air Intake systems and is not a replacement filter for the factory Ford airbox. Vehicle fitment alone does not guarantee compatibility. Please check which intake system is installed and compare the filter size with the existing filter before ordering.
Washable cotton filter
The JLT filter uses a multi-layer cotton filter medium designed for high airflow while providing reliable filtration.
The filter element is washable and reusable and can be used repeatedly when cleaned and maintained correctly.
Important cleaning information
This filter uses an oiled cotton filter medium. After cleaning and allowing the filter to dry completely, the filter element must be re-oiled using a suitable air filter oil.
Suitable cleaning and maintenance products for oiled cotton air filters should be used.
