Schropp SF500 Power Package for Mustang GT 2018–2022 with Approval Documentation

The Schropp SF500 Power Package is our matched performance upgrade for European-spec 2018–2022 Ford Mustang GT 5.0 V8 models, combining a Schropp Custom Tune, SCT X4, Roush intake system and vehicle-specific approval documentation.

With an increase of approximately 40 hp and 50 Nm, the SF500 combines additional performance with sharper throttle response and engine management calibrated specifically for the vehicle. On vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, transmission calibration is also optimised accordingly.

Unlike our JLT Power Packages without road approval, the SF500 was specifically developed as a road-approval capable complete package for European-spec Mustang GT models.

Performance upgrade with Schropp Custom Tune

The engine calibration is individually created by Schropp for the vehicle and the components used in the SF500. The modified intake system and individual vehicle data are taken into account during calibration.

Roush intake system

The SF500 includes the Roush intake system specified for this package. The hardware and Schropp Custom Tune form a matched complete system.

Approval of the SF500 applies only to the tested vehicle configuration and in combination with the factory exhaust system.

SCT X4 included

The SCT X4 programmer is included with the SF500 and is used to transfer the individual Schropp Custom Tune to the vehicle.

During the initial programming process, the factory ECU calibration is saved, allowing the vehicle to be returned to its stock calibration later if required.

The SCT X4 can also be used to read and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and for data logging.

How to receive your Schropp Custom Tune

The SCT X4 is initially supplied without the Custom Tune file. After receiving the device, use the “Vehicle Info” menu to read your Mustang's ECU Strategy.

To create your individual Custom Tune, please email us the following information:

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• ECU Strategy
• transmission: manual or automatic
• existing vehicle and engine modifications
• rear tyre size
• modified final drive ratio, if applicable
• fuel octane used

Using this information, we create the appropriate Schropp Custom Tune and send the tune file to you by email. The file is then transferred to the SCT X4 using the SCT Device Updater before being programmed into the vehicle.

Super Plus / 98 RON required

The Schropp Custom Tune supplied with the SF500 is calibrated for Super Plus / minimum 98 RON fuel. The specified fuel quality must be used while operating the vehicle with the Schropp calibration.

Road approval

The SF500 is supplied with a vehicle-specific test report for inspection according to §19(2) / §21 StVZO. The inspection is carried out by inspection engineers of an officially recognised inspection organisation.
