Unlock service for the SCT X4 flashing device with part number 7015.
When an SCT X4 is used with a vehicle, the device becomes linked to that vehicle – a status commonly referred to by SCT as “married”. While the device remains married to the previous vehicle, it cannot be used with another vehicle.
This is particularly relevant when purchasing a used SCT X4 that was sold without first being properly returned to an unlocked state. With our SCT X4 Unlock Service, the device status is reset to “unmarried”. The SCT X4 can then be paired with and used on a new vehicle.
Required when ordering: Please enter the serial number of your SCT X4 in the order comments.
