The large MOV’IT steel brake system combines 6s1 6-piston billet aluminium brake calipers with two-piece, double-ventilated 396x36 mm steel brake discs. It provides a powerful braking solution for high-performance and sport-driven Mustangs.
With its large 396 mm brake discs, the system provides high thermal capacity and is designed for drivers who require consistent, precisely controllable braking performance even under high loads.

The two-piece MOV’IT steel brake discs measure 396 mm in diameter and 36 mm in thickness and provide high thermal capacity. Double ventilation supports heat dissipation during repeated heavy braking and under high loads.
Combined with the rigid 6s1 billet calipers and matched MOV’IT brake pads, the components form a powerful braking package with precise modulation.

Check wheel clearance
The brake system generally requires at least 20-inch wheels.
A known exception is the original 19-inch GT500 SVT Track Pack wheel, which also provides sufficient clearance for this brake system.
With other wheels, diameter alone does not automatically guarantee sufficient clearance. Wheel design, offset and internal profile determine the available space around the brake caliper and disc. If you are using different wheels, please contact us before ordering if there is any doubt about clearance.
