MOV’IT 6-Piston 396x36 mm Front Brake Kit for Mustang 2015–2023

The MOV'IT high-performance brake system for the front axle of the 2015–2023 Ford Mustang combines large two-piece 396x36 mm steel brake rotors with MOV'IT 6s1 6-piston billet aluminium brake calipers.

Developed specifically for the Mustang, the system is supplied as a complete front brake upgrade including vehicle-specific caliper adapters, comfort brake pads, braided brake lines and a German parts approval (Teilegutachten).

Track tested by Schropp

Our experience with this MOV'IT brake system goes far beyond the specification sheet. We have used it in our Schropp SF600R from the beginning and have also put it through demanding track use at the Hockenheimring.

Even under repeated heavy braking, the system allowed us to brake very late into the hairpin lap after lap and keep pace under braking with considerably more powerful cars such as Porsches. The brake system remained reliable and consistent throughout. One of our customers also regularly uses this system on the Nürburgring Nordschleife and has had very good experience with it under track conditions.

Comfort or track use?

The brake system is supplied as standard with MOV'IT Comfort BE-6s1 brake pads. Based on our experience, these are more than capable for spirited driving on country roads, motorways and mountain roads, providing a very good combination of performance and everyday usability.

For regular track use, however, we recommend the optional MOV'IT Pro-Endura brake pads. These are available at additional cost and are the pads used both by us in the SF600R and by our customer for regular Nordschleife use.

Colours

The brake calipers are available from us in Red or Black. Additional RAL custom colours are available at extra cost – please contact us before ordering if you would like a custom colour.
